1. Data we never collect
Nothing that identifies you or your money is gathered here. There is no account to create here, so no name, mobile number, email address, password, PAN, Aadhaar, UPI ID, UPI PIN, card number or bank account passes through Paisa Passbook.
Use that as a test. A person who borrows our name to ask for an OTP, a screenshot of your UPI history or a so-called verification charge is running a scam: ring 1930, log the case on cybercrime.gov.in, and warn your bank immediately if money is gone.
2. Cookies: used only to count visits
A cookie tells us how many times each page was opened, the approximate country of the visit and whether the device was a mobile or a desktop. We look at the totals to see which guides people read and which ones need fixing. The count is not used to build a profile of you and is not sold to anyone.
The cookie banner says the same in one line. Cookies can be blocked or wiped from the privacy settings of any browser, and every page works without them. Blocking them removes you from our visit count and changes nothing else.
3. Server logs kept by our hosting
Like any website, ours runs on a hosting server that records technical requests: IP address, time, page address, browser type and error codes. These logs keep the site running and help spot attacks or broken pages. We do not match them with a name, because we hold no names.
The hosting provider holds these logs only for a short security window before its routine deletion. We do not share them with operators, advertisers or data brokers.
4. Links to 4rabet and what its own policy covers
When you tap a button to 4rabet, you leave Paisa Passbook, and from that moment 4rabet's own rules govern what it collects. Its sign-up screen asks for a phone number, a password and the INR currency; its cashier handles payment data, and section 6 of its T&C allows it to request ID and proof of address.
The referral code in our link lets 4rabet see which site sent you, which is how a commission gets counted. It does not send us your account details, deposits or bets.
When we looked, 4rabet's footer offered a page titled "Personal Data"; we saw no standalone privacy or cookie policy and no cookie notice on screen. Read that page before you register, and do not assume our policy covers anything that happens on its pages.
5. Your rights over your data
We follow applicable data protection law: whoever holds your personal data should tell you what it has, fix or delete it on request, and answer complaints. Paisa Passbook holds no name, number or email linked to you, so there is no personal record here to correct or delete.
What you control on our side is the cookie: clear it and the visit count carries on without you. Rights over data held by 4rabet or any other operator are exercised with that operator directly. Paisa Passbook is meant for adults; we have no way, and no wish, to collect data from anyone under 18.
